On 11 October 2023, CECEP Solar Energy Co.,Ltd. (SZ：000591), a holding subsidiary of China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, disclosed that it intends to issue convertible bonds to unspecified targets to raise a maximum of 4,914,285,700 yuan, which will be used for the construction and development of 6 photovoltaic power projects and to supplement working capital.

The 6 solar power and energy storage projects are located in different counties or villages in China, with a total installed capacity of 900MW of solar power plant with a total investment of 4,566,278,500 yuan, of which 3.44 billion yuan of the funds raised will be used for the construction of these projects. Then 1,474,285,700 yuan the rest of the funds raised will be additional working capital.
