German Enersol a residential PV provider to suspend production,US Toledo Solar Discontinues PV Operations

PVTIME-recently,rooftop solar system installer Enersol GmbH&Co.,a subsidiary of German energy storage solution provider Sonnen,plans to suspend its production.

As a leading residential solar system provider,Enersol experienced a strong growth in last three years,after it was acquired by Sonnen in 2019.Then the maket demands for residential photovoltaic installation slowed down in Germany,which leads to the cease of operation of Enersol.

The sevice and maintance for Enersol’s installed system will be continued by Sonnen after 31 October 2024.“Photovoltaic systems that have already been ordered will also be installed by Enersol until the end of October,provided the customers do not withdraw from their contracts,”the Sonnen spokesperson said.
