1. Tesla is recalling nearly 2.2 million vehicles it sold in the US to fix some warning lights on the instrument panel that are smaller than required sizes, US safety regulators said Friday.
2. China's Great Wall Motors(GWM) recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qatar car dealer Teyseer Motors. Great Wall Motors will display its SUV brand GWM Tank, Haval and other models. This cooperation marks that GWM has fully covered the markets of the six countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Exxon posted a full-year net income of $36bn, down from $55.7bn the previous year, but otherwise its biggest profit since 2012. Chevron's net income of $21.4bn was down from $35.5bn the previous year, but otherwise its strongest since 2013.
6. In 2023, China's auto-related exports to BRI partner countries reached $117.1 billion, increasing 43.6% year-on-year and accounting for 55.9% of the country's total automobile exports. The General Administration of Customs said that 3.428 million vehicles were shipped to BRI partners in 2023, growing 62.8% year-on-year.

There was concern about the volume of Musk's illegal drug use and that he consumed drugs with some of his board members, the newspaper reported, citing people who have witnessed the drug use or were briefed on it. The board didn't hold investigations on the issue, nor did it document any concerns, the paper said.
