1. GreenergyDaily has learned from sources within LONGi that the rumor about the company laying off 30% of its employees is false. According to the sources, LONGi has optimized the relevant position structure, and the staff adjustment ratio is expected to be only about 5% of the total number of employees.
2. Saudi Aramco CEO Amin Nasser said Monday that the energy transition is failing and policymakers should abandon the "fantasy" of phasing out oil and gas, as demand for fossil fuels is expected to continue to grow in the coming years.

10. BYD will raise the investment in its Brazilian plant to BRL5.5 billion (USD1.1 billion) from BRL3 billion, according to an email announcement. The carmaker will also build a five-story residential building to accommodate 4,230 workers.
