1. China may impose anti-dumping duties on the European Union if investigation on the EU's pork and pork by-products confirms dumping, said He Yadong, the spokesperson of China's Ministry of Commerce, said on Thursday. The ministry announced on Monday that China will conduct an anti-dumping investigation on certain pork and pork by-products from the EU.
2. The world has enough solar power capacity to generate a fifth of its midday peak electricity needs on the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere, up from 16% last year, a report by think tank Ember showed on Friday.

10. Shanghai Customs temporarily seized multiple containers suspected of intellectual property rights infringement based on IPR registration records, according to Chinese media outlet Xinhua Daily. Among the seized products were TOPCon HiKu 6 modules from Chinese-Canadian manufacturer Canadian Solar that were shipped to be shipped to Europe and valued at CNY 3.73 million, as well as TOPCon Tangra modules from Sunova Solar, which were being shipped to Latin America, valued at CNY 1.43 million.
